AWS lists Claude Opus 5, Sonnet 5 and Haiku 4.5 on Bedrock in India, served from Mumbai and Hyderabad.
AWS posted on 29 September that the three Claude models run on Bedrock through the Mumbai and Hyderabad Regions, with Opus 5 and Sonnet 5 also in South Korea and Sonnet 5 in Singapore.
